Whenever you log out, you will be directed back to this page. To log in, you will need to use our Altamira single sign-on (SSO) system, eliminating the need to remember any additional passwords.
## Employee Model

Let's begin with the employee model, which serves as the HR register for our team. On the home page, you will find your personal profile and the basic information available to you, such as your resume, work details, address, location, organizational chart, and any received pages.
By deselecting the basic filter, you can view the comprehensive list of our employees. From here, you can access their profile cards, which will reveal their manager, contact information, and work details. Alternatively, you can delve deeper into the organizational hierarchy to gain a better understanding of the structure. If you encounter any limitations in accessing the structure or require more extensive information for your work tasks, please feel free to reach out to our HR people partner, who will be happy to provide you with the necessary details.
## Time Off Model

The next model we'll explore is the time off model. This module will display the policies assigned to you, your balances, and any accrued days. It will also show you the negative balance, allowing you to make informed decisions about your time off requests.
You can switch between the list and calendar views, depending on your preference. To create a new time off request, simply click the "New" button. A pop-up window will appear, where you can select the appropriate time off policy, specify the dates, and add any necessary descriptions or comments. Once you've saved and closed the request, it will be sent to your manager for approval.
## Helpdesk Model

Moving on, let's dive into the helpdesk model. This is where you can access your support tickets. Currently, you can send an email to help@Altamira.ai, and the ticket will be created in the system for our IT team to address. Alternatively, you can create a new ticket directly from this module.
When creating a new ticket, your name will be pre-populated, and you can select the appropriate category, such as a general request, software request, or equipment issue. If the matter is particularly urgent, you can mark it with three stars to indicate its priority. Be sure to provide a detailed description of the issue, as this will help the IT specialists resolve it efficiently.
You can then track the progress of your tickets, view the responsible parties, and monitor the dates. The chatter section below allows you to communicate with stakeholders and add additional followers if necessary.
## Calendar

The calendar model serves as a basic calendar view. Any approved events or demos will be displayed here. Additionally, you can integrate your Outlook calendar, and the corresponding meetings will be visible in this module.
## Chatter

The chatter feature is a replica of Slack, but we primarily use Microsoft Teams for all corporate communication. However, you are welcome to utilize the chatter for discussions with colleagues or other non-work-related matters.
## Expenses Model

The expenses model is designed for you to report and manage your business-related expenses, such as travel and accommodation. You can create new expenses, categorize them, and indicate the date and amount. If the expense is for employee reimbursement, you can select the appropriate option. Once you have listed all your expenses, you can generate a report, which will then be submitted to your manager for approval.
## E-Learning Platform

The final platform we'll explore is the e-learning platform. Here, you will find the courses available to you, including internal trainings and webinars. While the selection is currently limited, you will see the mandatory cybersecurity training.
By selecting "View the course," you will be directed to the course website, where you can access the cybersecurity training for corporate functions. After completing the training, you can proceed to the test, and the course owner will receive your quiz results.
